   in Riyadh i can’t help you sorry! (i’m from jeddah with little to no knowledge of stuff in riyadh)
   however, since i can’t give you specific places, look for catering services, event planning services and party rentals…if they do not rent them out themselves they’ll point you to several who would…at least.
   the places i know (and used their services many times over the years here in jeddah) have a great selection of cotton candy machines, snow cone stands, hot dog stands, popcorn stands, juice bars, mini donuts and ice cream stands and wagons…even traditional old Hijazi Baleela wagons….they are quite popular and constantly on demand here in jeddah and we use them for more than entertaining kids parties…movie nights, fund raisers, themed parties, Eid, National Day celebrations…i’m assuming people in riyadh probably do the same so ask the ladies (we know everything don’t we) at work or in school or friends in general…you’re bound to find some who can help.
