How can I make a dog carriage from a wagon?

I so once on a website how to make a carriage for your dog to pull from a wagon and I really want to make one. But I can’t find the/a website on how to. Does anyone know? And would you know how I could teach my dogs how to pull it?

    It’s a dog, not a horse..

    You should be teaching your dog how to play fetch, not pull wagons…
