Starting the 1989 Taurus Station Wagon – Try #2

The Keykeeper and I set out to see if this piece of junk would start. It did, and we may have proven that there is no such thing as too much starting fluid. Unfortunately, we also found quite the fuel leak.

    IT sounds like it probably has a bad fuel pump or a electrical problem. Fords are known for having electrical problems especially the older ones.

    LOL looks like that old ford hasn’t been to well cared for.. my 89lx has 189,000 miles and starts up 1st time every time and it’s all original; but I’ve got my eye on the new 2010 twin turbo AWD SHO

    Yeah ppl don’t like Tauruse’s just cause there are plenty and not as reliable as some japs. But lets face it 1986 Taurus was a design revolution and a great collectors item! Loved the vid keep em coming mate ;)
