both of these wagons are on sale at my local Target store. I might get my son a wagon for xmas and these two look good! they are plastic, but both offer seating for two, have seat belts and cup holders. the radio flyer offers seats that fold down and has rubber wheels, the step 2 offers an extra storage compartment on the bottom and comes with a small trailor. the wheels of step 2 are plastic. they both have mixed reviews, mostly good. if you have either, or know of both, please share your reviews!
I have the radio flyer. We got it when our boys were 1 and 4. That was 7 years ago and it has been stored outside. It still looks brand new! And now my girls are enjoying it. Also, if it is a Christmas gift you might want to wait till it gets a little closer to December. It will be about 10.00 cheaper than the sale price now.
Either one you chose is good. Fun outdoor activity with a parent is awesome for them

My personal experience
When I lived at home we actually had the both of them and while I liked the way the radio flyer one looked better I ended up using the step 2 one about three times as much as the radio flyer, the kids liked it better too. The storage in the step 2 is a lifesaver and you use it quiet a bit. I would say we used the wagons about 3-4 days a week with all of the grand kids growing up and I say defiantly go with the step 2.
