Does anyone know if the Radio Flyer Walker Wagon’s handle is too high for 8 month old?

Hi,
my 8 month old son is now trying to walk, so I wanted get him a push toy. I’ve seen great reviews on Radio Flyer Walker Wagon and some reviewers actually said that they got it for their 8 month old or 9 month old and it was great…… But it seems like the handle bar would be too high for my 31" tall baby. The wagon is 22". What do you think? I just don’t want to waste money….Thank you so much for your help.

The wagon is only 17" high (about half the height of your baby) the 22" is the length, so your baby will be able to reach the handle easily.

The recommended ages are 1 to 4 years old in the "Details" tab on the above site, so 9 months might be a little young. More importantly there’s a recall warning for the Radio Flyer Walker Wagon found it here…

Supposedly the Black "Clickers" are dangerous and can break off and the clear "clickers" are supposedly okay, it’s in the recall details.

The notice was put out almost 4 years ago so most of the faulty models with the black "clickers" should be off the market, but if you plan to buy one of these online or used be sure to check the "clickers" since it is possible to still end up with one of the recall versions.
